Aprico have a highly experienced team of unpackers who are can help you settle into your new home quickly by unpacking all items for you. This optional service compliments the removal and is also available as a standalone service.

Welcome home

After a busy day moving into their new home, many customers (especially retirement purchasers) will be exhausted. We ensure that bedrooms are fully set up and the basics are accessible.

Our concierge team are on hand to unpack all boxes and organise their new home as per the agreed floor plan.

This all inclusive service is popular for customers who do not have the time to unpack, those who are not physically able to or do not have the support network to help.

The Settling In service is tailored to each purchaser who may require additional assistance with unpacking. No 2 moves are the same and we want to make sure your customer is comfortable in their new home – regardless the size of move.

Our trained team of Concierge Coordinators will unpack all items from the move and place according to the floor plan.

We will unpack your items in familiar locations to help your customer settle in quicker – this includes kitchen utencils, plates, cups, clothing and bedding.

Our highly experienced team will also remove all boxes, wrapping and paper – leaving your customer ready to relax in their new home without having to lift a finger.
