Supporting your customer throughout
Our Pre-move Service is becoming increasingly popular with ‘later life’ purchasers often downsizing to a retirement development.
Our trained and supportive Concierge Coordinators will attend the customers house on the day of packing and assist. Most importantly, our Concierge Coordinator will be a shoulder to lean on and a companion throughout the day (even if its just sitting down and having a cup of tea).
This service suits anxious purchasers, those showing early signs of dementia, those feeling vulnerable and most often someone who hasn’t moved from the family home in decades.
